Firstly, each group member provided their opinion on how to complete the assignment perfectly. Secondly, group members divide the task among members to complete it on time. However, a group member has chosen the topic spontaneously based on their wish.

 Meeting title: Focus on digital marketing and confirm more clients for 2026.

Date: 10 October 2025

Purpose:  Discuss how to motivate the sales team to increase sales of our products and achieve the yearly target.

Mr Shakil, also managing director of the Singapore office, shows the last six months’ employee performance reports. He also expressed his expectation on how to increase the sales for next year. He suggested that we should hire a motivational speaker to provide a motivational speech for our sales representatives. Motivational messages and speech always influence employees to achieve the target.

Shagilah from Malaysia represents her coworkers’ reports, and she wants to recruit more employees. She expressed that we should recruit more sales executives to achieve the monthly target.

Kallol from the India office highlighted that we should offer extra incentives for our employees to motivate them. He also mentioned that we can award our best employee with the iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Action Items

In December, we will invite Brian Tracy to deliver a motivational speech for our sales officers. 

For the Malaysia office, we will recruit more employees for digital marketing and sales officer positions.

Our company will provide three iPhone 17 Pro Max for the best employees in Singapore, Malaysia, and India offices.
